If your buyer or seller is headed to Western North Carolina, here is exactly how a referral works — and what you can expect from us.
A meaningful share of our business arrives the same way yours does: an agent somewhere else trusts us with a client they can’t serve here themselves. We treat that trust as the whole transaction. Your client gets the same standard of care as our own, you stay informed without having to chase us, and the referral is papered properly from day one — whether you’re inside the Sotheby’s International Realty network or not.
“More sales than people realize happen on relationships and trust, before a listing is ever public.”
Alec CantleyCoverage
We work across Western North Carolina: central, north, south and east Asheville, Biltmore Forest, Weaverville & Madison, Black Mountain, Fairview, Hendersonville, Brevard, Mills River, Waynesville, and the Cashiers–Highlands plateau. The map shows every community we cover.
The process
Inside the network it’s simple: route the referral through the SIR referral system to Alec Cantley at Premier Sotheby’s International Realty in Asheville, or reach out to the team directly and we’ll initiate it from this end. Standard network referral terms apply, agreed in writing before we make the first call to your client.
Brokerage doesn’t matter; the client does. Send us a note with the basics — who they are, what they’re looking for or selling, and your expectations — and we’ll return a signed referral agreement before any introduction happens. Terms in writing, no ambiguity, and your relationship with your client stays yours.
You’ll hear from us at every meaningful step — first contact, showings or listing launch, offer, contract, and closing — without having to ask. Your client hears one consistent story, and you’re never the last to know.
The commitment
If we’re not the right team for the assignment, we’ll say so and point you to who is.
